Chamaerops Excelsa (Arecaceae)

Excelsa, trachicarpus furtunei, rustic palm
A palm tree native to the Far East that over the years has adapted to the very harsh climates of Northern Europe.
It has a single columnar trunk, covered in brown hair, at the top of which new fan-shaped evergreen leaves develop.
