TERRACE AND ROOFTOP GARDEN
The construction of Vivai Acciarri’s new offices, completed in September 2019, marked the starting point for creating the perfect setting in front of the large windows and on the 208 sqm rooftop of the modern office building.
It doesnât feel like being on a terrace but in a true garden with an open view of the Marche hills.
The gaze, guided by majestic carob trees and the English lawn, slowly moves from the dining and living area to the wellness zone â hot tub, shower, and relaxation solarium.
A dense row of evergreen shrubs ensures privacy from outside views. Inside, small bushes and herbaceous plants provide blooms and fragrances throughout the seasons, such as Agapanthus, Cistus, Raphiolepis, Verbena bonariensis, Teucrium, Myrtle, Westringia, and large centuries-old Feijoa and Agnocastus plants, along with Pomegranates, Lagerstroemia, and Olive trees, creating a garden in perfect Mediterranean style.
PRIVATE GARDEN
From the garden terrace, the view of the small private inner garden provides the perfect frame for the residence and offices. Here too, large exotic specimens such as Chorisia speciosa, Arecastrum, Brachychiton, Camphor, Phoenix canariensis, and citrus trees stand out, enhanced by the English lawn on which they majestically rise.
In the large corten planters that define the area in front of the houseâs portico and other spaces, creating true flowering containers, various varieties of fragrant roses in shades of pink have been planted, along with Hydrangeas, Agapanthus, and aromatic plants such as Sage, Rosemary, and Lavender.
