Junceum, Spanish Broom
Typical of the Mediterranean scrub, it is an evergreen shrub. It has long, woody, green, cylindrical, and erect stems covered with small, light green, lanceolate leaves. The flowers, which appear in spring and summer at the tips of the branches, are a bright golden yellow.
